What the service is

Nova Trust is a personal finance management application. It helps you view and organise account and transaction information.

What the service is not

Nova Trust is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, lender, broker or investment platform.

We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and we make no promise of profit, income or returns of any kind. Any financial decision you make remains your own.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, and do not misrepresent the service to others.

Referrals

Where a referral feature is offered, any benefit is discretionary, non-transferable and has no cash value unless explicitly stated. It is not an earning scheme and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using Nova Trust and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
